Order Cancellations and Returns
Once you have placed an order, you have 8 hours to cancel it before it is fulfilled. Unfortunately we will not cancel orders after 8 hours of your purchase. If you wish to make any changes to your order this must also be done within 8 hours of your purchase. The reason for such a short window is due to our quick processing times.  

If you wish to start a return please contact us for more information. You may return your item once you have received it.

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your confirmed delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact and allow us 24 hours to get back to you.

We will refund or replace any item if they arrived defective or damaged. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We cannot issue refunds if your order is still in transit. We will gladly begin a return for you once you have received your item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to make an exchange, please contact We will have you return your item, and then we will process your exchange as soon as we receive your return.

To return your product, contact and we will provide the necessary details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
