Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.
Follow these steps to easily check on your order progress:
You can either enter your tracking number on the google search bar and track it there
or
1. Visit: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
2. Enter your tracking number in the provided space
3. Click the “Track Package” button
Things to keep in mind:
Order tracking numbers don’t instantly update with available delivery status. If the tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order is processing at the post office. Tracking will be updated within a few business days.
Depending on your destination, the 3-5 day delivery time could be more, anywhere from 5-10 business days or so. Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to fulfill all orders. We really appreciate your patience during these difficult times.
Please allow between 7-15 days (at most) for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at support@nurseyard.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
