Clearance Items Return and Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: Clearance items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Price Matching for Exchanges: Exchanges for clearance items are only eligible for price matching if the requested replacement item is also marked as clearance and is available at the time of the request.
- Combination with Other Promotions: Clearance item pricing cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, whether active now or in the future.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for clearance items unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refund Method: Refunds for eligible clearance item returns will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from a defect or order issue.
